ZoneAlarm shows an alert that OnStage Performer is trying to access the internet.
Like many modern applications, OnStage Performer checks with our website to determine the availability of updates and other helpful information. OnStage Performer does not require internet access and you may select Deny. Note that selecting deny will disable the ability to check for and automatically install updates. If you wish to restore this capability, you will have to go into the ZoneAlarm control panel and allow internet access.
The conductor does not show a coloured band and/or the hourglass does not move when the song is played.
A rare occurrence when creating a song can cause OnStage Performer to lose track of the length of the song. This can be corrected by using the edit audio button in the song editor and forcing your editor to save the audio file. This will force OnStage Performer to reload the audio and recalculate the length of the song. Once corrected, the problem does not reoccur.
